A huge new food hall has given Sheffield’s £470m city centre regeneration scheme a boost, as attention shifts to the remaining gaps.
Thousands of people have visited Cambridge Street Collective, which boasts 20 kitchens, since it opened last month. The publicity has raised the profile of the long running Heart of the City II scheme among potential occupiers, operators and investors.

5. Radisson units

6. Bethel Sunday School
Between the Bethel Chapel and the food hall on Cambridge Street, the former Bethel Sunday School has been revamped as part of the Heart of the City scheme and is available. | National World Photo: David Walsh
7. Gaumont Cinema / Kingdom Nightclub
This huge former cinema and nightclub on Barker’s Pool is available, as are two or three ground floor units where Patisserie Valerie and Mothercare used to be. | National World Photo: David Walsh
8. Elshaw House
New office block Elshaw House, on Wellington Street, has spaces to let on the ground floor on all four sides. Floors are also available in the office above.
