Drive in cinema showing non-stop festive movies coming to Sheffield at Christmas

Daisy Dukes Drive In Cinema will come to the car park of the Fly DSA Arena between December 18 and 20 when film fans will be able to watch a host of Christmas favourites from the comfort of their own car.

A spokesman said: “Following amazing demand for the first ever drive-in movies at the Arena this Halloween, Daisy Dukes Drive-in have announced they will be returning this Christmas and creating maximum festive fun in Sheffield.”

Featuring unmissable Christmas movies, the movies that cater to all tastes and ages will be shown on a 100 sq m screen, previously seen at the London Marathon, Diamond Jubilee Concert and The Royal Wedding – with audio transmitted via a specially assigned FM frequency direct to vehicles’ radios.

Delicious festive treats will be delivered to your vehicle including mulled wine, hog roasts, pigs in blankets and more.

There will also be Christmas present deliveries and some extra special guests, with more details to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Daisy Dukes Christmas Drive-In Cinema rolls into Sheffield on Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December, providing three days and nights of socially distanced fun.

Friday 18 December: DIE HARD, EDWARD SCISSORHANDS, FROZEN 2, HOME ALONE

Saturday 19 December: HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS, BAD SANTA, GREMLINS, ELF

Sunday 20 December: LOVE ACTUALLY, HOME ALONE 2, THE POLAR EXPRESS, BATMAN RETURNS
