Tier 3 restrictions mean certain businesses must remain closed or continue to operate a reduced service.

Some shops which remain open have increased their opening hours, including Primark, which will be open 24 hours.

Topshop, Topman and Burton could soon shut after parent company Arcadia fell into administration, while Debenhams is also set to close after a last-minute deal to save the high street chain collapsed.
