“It’s been a challenging time, once in a lifetime, and not anything you’d wish for,” says the managing director, about the coronavirus crisis which forced shops across the country to close their doors in March.

The city centre business reopened to the public on June 16, with a host of safety measures to keep staff and customers safe – including hand sanitiser, screens, and social distancing.
