Venues will need to put the right measures in place – businesses can reopen with a table service indoors, people will be encouraged to book in advance and owners will be asked to keep contact details of customers to help with contact tracing.

8. The Broadfield
Fish and chips, and a gargantuan ham hock - these are the kind of pub meals people have been yearning for since lockdown started. And they'll be back again on July 4 when The Broadfield, on Abbeydale Road, reopens. A booking system will be in place; the pub's owner, True North Brew Co, is bringing back the Forum Kitchen + Bar on Devonshire Street, The Riverside at Kelham Island and The Waggon & Horses, Millhouses, on the same day.
