Coda Studios, the award winning Sheffield-based architectural design practice, is masterminding the refurbishment of a listed building in the heart of London’s fashionable South Kensington.
Coda Bespoke, the company’s small works division, has won the contract for the £600,000 refurbishment of the £7.5 million Grade II listed white stucco property in one of the most sought-after residential areas of the capital.
“This is a major coup for Coda Bespoke and one that clearly demonstrates the way the Coda name is fast gaining a national reputation for high quality design,” said managing director David Cross.
“Along with our multi million pound design project at Sandbanks in Dorset – the most expensive real estate in the country – the South Kensington project is one of the most prestigious developments we are currently working on.
“Closer to home, we continue to develop our range of luxury projects in the highly desirable south west of Sheffield.”
