Oil field metals and equipment specialist Energy Alloys has tied up a £70 million credit facility with the help of the corporate team at the Sheffield office of law firm, Irwin Mitchell.
Energy Alloys is based in Houston, Texas and employs more than 110 people at its warehouse and manufacturing facilities in Sheffield and UK head office in Rotherham.
The company has international operation in the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Mexico, South Korea and Singapore, as well as the US.
Chief financial officer, Paul Patek, said: “By considering both our domestic and international assets, this new facility provides us with optimal borrowing capacity that more than meets our needs.”
