ASK4, the Sheffield-based Internet Service Provider, has won a major contract to provide superfast internet services for a luxury apartment and office development in Leeds.

News of the deal comes a month after ASK4 stepped in to maintain superfast broadband connections for customers of RiPWIRE, after the Rotherham company ceased trading.

ASK4 is the UK’s leading provider of internet services to student accommodation, but says it is now seeing increasing demand for services from blocks of apartments like 20:20 House, a prestigious Leeds development, which incorporates 242 apartments and offices, with views across the city skyline and landscaped gardens in private grounds, two-minute walk from Leeds city centre.

Nick Massingham, from 20:20 House, said: “ASK4 provided a seamless installation. Resident feedback has been extremely positive.”
