Two MPs, a mayor and a duke turned out to celebrate the official opening of a new business centre in Staveley.
The old stable block at Staveley Hall is now 11 managed units featuring superfast broadband. The complex is owned, developed and managed by Staveley Town Council with funding from ERDF.
It is the first phase of a £3.8m scheme which will see the hall converted into seven larger units and the restoration of a walled garden, creating up to 70 jobs.
