Construction group Henry Boot says revenues for 2012 are expected to be around £100 million and profits will be in line with expectations.

The Sheffield-based company, which recorded a turnover of £114.6 million in 2011 says its balance sheet remains robust and gearing has risen from one per cent to 11 percent after making new investments in its land and development portfolio.

Boot says it expects to start works on a development with Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust in February 2013 and to complete a development it is currently undertaking in Manchester in the second half of the year.
