HIT: LEO BANCROFT BEAUTIFULLY RADIANT COLOUR CARE SHAMPOO, £4, TESCO
This shampoo is perfect for preserving your hair colour. It leaves my hair silky and shiny, I often get comments from my colleagues on how “hairmazing” I look! It’s great as an everyday shampoo, which is spot-on for me as a busy mum with a full time job.
MISS: ELEGANT TOUCH HOUSE OF HOLLAND FACE ACHE NAILS, £8.99, BOOTS
I bought these fake nails with brightly-coloured faces painted on them to wear at a friend’s birthday party as a joke; I thought they would be quirky and funny. But when I put them on, I couldn’t do simple things like pulling socks and zips up - and the little faces scared my daughter!
AUTOGRAPH ULTRA-SHINE TWIST-UP LIP COLOUR, £9.50, M&S
These lip crayons are simply great! Neat application, even a perfect cupid’s bow, is a doddle. And it’s a lipstick, gloss and balm all in one, giving colour, shine and moisture. Turn the base as the crayon wears down to keep that neat point. Of the eight shades, I’ve tried Nude, which is a flattering, easy to wear pinky-beige. Great price, too.
