‘Rolling Hills’ will have eight mansions on the site of the former Dyson brickworks in Totley, with four, five and six bedrooms, all with a swimming pool, spa, gym, bar and “dedicated rooms for entertaining.”
Developer Blenheim Properties says the interior layouts can be adapted to be spacious or compact and a concierge will ensure “you and your home are always well looked after.”
Prices are £2.5m to £4.5m for one of the plots of land, with homes costing up to £10m each on top of that.
