Sheffield theatre group plan Summer performance

Performers at The Company are facing a number of challenges due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Members of the group are conducting online rehearsals until it is safe to meet again and If restrictions are lifted intend to perform a play, as usual, on Dore Village Green in July.

Marc Vestey, of The Company, said: “We intend to perform Under Milk Wood, which Dylan Thomas wrote purely as a play for voices. Being only able to rehearse online, we cannot practice movement and physical interaction, so staging most plays poses challenges.”
