Chesterfield set for second Daytime 90s blowout after sell-out launch
After the huge success of the town’s first Daytime 90s Reunion Party – which sold out weeks in advance – organisers are bringing the sunshine vibes this time round with a special summer edition.
The Daytime 90s Reunion Summer Party takes place at Real Time Live on Saturday June 6, 2026, promising another packed afternoon of big tunes, retro anthems and grown-up good times – all soundtracked by the very best of 90s pop, dance and indie.
Expect to hear everything from Spice Girls, Take That, Oasis, Britney, Fatboy Slim, The Prodigy, Blur, and Madonna – plus plenty of one-hit wonders and guilty pleasures thrown in for good measure. If it filled the dancefloor in the 90s, it’s fair game.
The last event, held in December, saw the dancefloor busy from the moment doors opened at 3pm, with all 250 tickets gone long before the day. Organisers say the response was so overwhelming that a summer follow-up was a no-brainer.
“The feedback from December’s event was incredible,” said Neil Anderson of Dirty Stop Out’s, co-organiser of the party. “There’s something magical about hearing the songs you grew up with, surrounded by people who know every word – and doing it all without the 2am taxi queue.”
The event runs from 3pm to 7pm, offering the full club experience – lights, music, atmosphere – but still getting everyone home in time for Strictly.
A limited number of early bird tickets are now available for just £10 (plus booking fee).
