Fernando Forestieri was the hero again as his 14th goal of the season sealed a 1-0 win over Huddersfield Town.

The Owls forward latched onto a fine ball from substitute Lucas Joao to slide in at the back post and secure a vital three points for Carlos Carvalhal's side.

The victory, coupled with Derby County's defeat to Cardiff City took Wednesday up to fifth in the race for a play-off place.
