Sheffielders encouraged to dig out their ole £1 coins for Weston Park Cancer Charity
Sheffielders who still have the old £1 coins at home still have a chance to offload them, while at the same time helping out the more than 60,000 cancer patients at the dedicated hospital in the city.
Residents are encouraged to search through change pots to find the coins to donate to Weston Park Cancer Charity, as the 25th anniversary of the organisation draws nearer.
