WILDCAT mania swept Sheffield when the city hosted its very own premiere of Disney phenomenon High School Musical 3! - Senior Year. The film is not released until October 22 but a preview screening was held at Cineworld with a special link to the stars in London.
A live feed from the capital let Sheffield fans see their favourite actors, including Zac Effron and Ashley Tisdale, walking the red carpet. Young fans in South Yorkshire screamed when their idols appeared on the big screen and gave the movie the thumbs up with a huge round of applause for the finale.

Cineworld Sheffield general manager Karen Godfrey said they were braced for massive demand when the film is released because the High School Musical films were popular with those of all ages.
