Or you could check out the Steel Heritage Tour in September and step into the world of the steelworks.

You can experience the Big Melt, Templeborough's original arc furnace brought back to life through exciting pyrotechnics and special effects.

Guided tours are available by Magna staff with the first hand experience of working in the steel industry.

Their stories, recollections and knowledge of the industry allow the heritage of the steel works to come back to life.

Tours take place at 10.40am, 11.40am and 1.40pm on September 11, 12, 13 and 14.

The Steel Heritage Tour is free to Heritage Open Days visitors. An admission charge is payable if visitors wish to experience the main attraction.

Visit the website at www.visitmagna.co.uk for more information about Magna.
