CROWD Pleaser is the new UK tour from TV comedian Ed Byrne and he’s promising to live up to the hype with a date at Sheffield City Hall on Tuesday, May 19.

We have three pairs of tickets to be won.

After the massive success of his last show, Different Class, the master of observational comedy and star of Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You, is back exploring subjects and situations he finds frustratingly maddening.

He says Crowd Pleaser is an insight into his life.

Continuing his quest to turn into a grumpy old man, whether he is talking about his cat, cake, religion or potential fatherhood, he is always certain to deliver laughs in abundance.

The 39-year-old Irish funnyman is also an established voiceover artist and actor.

His varied roles have included the main character in sitcom The Cassidys, the part of a man who suffers from multiple obsessive compulsive disorders, in movie Zemanovaload and the title character in the ITV2 panto Aladdin.

He recently starred in the film Round Ireland with a Fridge and he played Rob in last year’s BBC television pilot Reunited.

But it’s his stand-up comedy which has earned him an international reputation.

Tickets are £20 each, may be subject to a booking fee. Buy in person, call 0114 2789789 or go online at
