Are you a cook?
I can be if I have the time and the patience! In honesty, I prefer to be cooked for.

Any cooking tips?
Keep it simple. Over complicating things can take away the taste.

What’s your favourite dish?
Pizza – any type, any time. Pizza is like a different meal every day of the week when you change the toppings! 
And a drink to go with it?

Beer or wine – the beer would be something foreign, probably Tiger, and the wine a New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Your favourite restaurant in the Sheffield area?
I haven’t been back in Sheffield for long, but Ask is lovely. I also had a lovely meal at Platillos in Leopold Square and the service was really fantastic, which always adds to the enjoyment.

And pub?
Frog and Parrot, along with the Green Room, 21 or All Bar One.

What’s the worst meal you’ve ever had?
Calamari when I thought it was onion rings! Especially as I don’t like seafood at all.

And the best?
A traditional moussaka in Greece, in a bar overlooking the sea and the sunset.

Your favourite TV cook?
It has to be Nigella!

What do you think of Sheffield as a place to eat out?
I need to try it out more – but I’m confident there are some gems.
