BRITAIN'S Got Talent's famous dancing dog Gin made a surprise appearance at a pooch swimathon in Sheffield - and did a spot of doggy paddle!
The celebrity pooch turned up to the event at Aquavet - Sheffield's Canine Hydrotherapy Centre - with owner Kate and performed three dances before taking to the pool.
More than 40 dogs took part in the sponsored swimathon which saw them swim for 15 minutes each over a 12 hour period.
Siobhan Coughlin, from Aquavet who organised the event, said: "It was a great day. Gin did three dances on the lawn and then took to the pool to complete a leg of the relay.
"We had around 40 dogs and their owners turning up and the dogs swam, chased balls and played in the pool for 15 minutes each."
Gin became a household name when she took part in the TV talent contest created by Simon Cowell.
Kate, aged 16, from Shropshire, was given Gin as a youngsters and has trained her up to become the country's most well known performing pooch.
The swimathon took place at Aquavet, Moscar Cattery and Kennels, Hollins Cross and raised 4,000 for the Support Dogs charity.
Support Dogs trains animals to boost quality of life for those with epilepsy, physical disabilities and children with autism.
Canine hydrotherapy is used to treat dogs with genetic conditions, arthritis and following surgery.
