Teenager's jaw broken after trying to break up fight

A SHEFFIELD teenager was left with a broken jaw when he was attacked by a group of up to 10 men after he tried to split up a fight between two others.

The 18-year-old was attacked in The Angel pub on Rotherham Road, Killamarsh, after he stepped in to try to break up a brawl.

A police spokesman said he was then set up on by a group of up to 10 men.

The man was treated at Rotherham District General Hospital for his injuries.
