Games development students from Sheffield Hallam University are taking their careers to the next level after cleaning up at an industry awards ceremony.
Students from Sheffield Hallam won awards in all categories at the annual Game Republic Student Showcase event, held at Huddersfield University.
The event featured 26 projects, 85 students and representatives from four games companies judging four award categories.
Hallam students Thomas Avison, Matthew Driver, Martyn Mees, Robert Whitley, Edward Willoughby and Anna Mellor-Meecham all took first place in the Game Technology category.
Jonathan Stewart, Jonathan Saunders, Lisa Tran, Mitchell Mellard and Shane Ecclestone won Game Design, while Scott Simpson, Wesley Arthur, Mark Carrigan, Joe Allen, Luke Hobson and Deirdre McGrath were voted Best Team.
Josh Pears, meanwhile, was third in the Game Art category, and David Ramsden came third in Game Technology.
