CLUB legend Peter Stringfellow returned to his home town to face a grilling from students from the University of Sheffield.
Pitsmoor-born Peter gave a talk on the tricky subject of gentlemen’s clubs.
The subject was ‘Gentlemen’s Clubs - the commodification or liberalisation of women?’
Afterwards he faced a lively question and answer session.
A host of undergraduates with strong views of their own asked him a series of questions about his businesses.
Peter Stringfellow made his name on the Sheffield music and nightclub scene, working with the Beatles, Elton John, the Kinks and many more.
Later he moved to London and made his fortune opening a string of nightclubs, including lapdancing hotspots catering mainly for men.
His return to Sheffield on Friday evening came as part of the university’s exchange programme.
