A comedy photo booth, science and drama workshops and a child-sized bicycle-operated smoothie maker will be among attractions at a Sheffield school’s Spring Fair on Saturday May 17.
Pupils, staff, parents and businesses have been working together to create one of Hunters Bar Infants’ biggest events ever, with a wide range of entertainment planned for the whole family.
The fair at the Sharrowvale Road school will run from 11.30am until 2.30pm.
It will also include magicians, live music, bouncy castles, face painting and dozens of stalls with games, food, crafts and clothes.
Proceeds will help to raise the £15,000 that the school needs to install solar panels on its roof.
Chair of the Home School Association Victoria Penman said: “The Spring Fair is a much loved fixture at the school and within the Hunters Bar community. The children are getting really excited because they know just how much fun is planned. Everyone will be welcome to join us.”
