HEIGH ho, heigh ho - it’s time to don a beard and safety vest and watch out for the Bossman!

Oh yes, it really was a panto with a difference when members of a Doncaster day centre set about creating some Christmas cheer.

The world premiere of Snow White, the Bossman and Six Dwarfettes told the traditional story with some added twists.

The show was performed to service users at the Stirling Day Centre as part of festive celebrations.

The Milton Walk centre is visited by about 50 people a day and provides respite care and activities for people with physical and mental learning disabilities.

Manager Julie Holman said: “We just wanted to put on something fun. We performed the show five times to service users and friends and family.

“It was a great chance for everyone to get together to celebrate Christmas and to show members of staff having a good time and making fools of themselves.”
