Residents of Norfolk Park showed real community spirit when they enjoyed a health and well-being gala.
The event at Norfolk Heritage Park, held by Places For People, included fun activities and information stalls.
Youngsters enjoyed a bouncy castle, had their faces painted and enjoyed some tasty healthy treats.
They were also invited to join in a variety of sports games to help encourage healthy lifestyles.
For adults there were healthy eating demonstrations and information stalls aimed at promoting health.
Adults were also encouraged to join in the fun and take part in an energetic Zumba class, before relaxing with a mini massage.
Sue Dawson, from Places For People, said: “It went really well. We provided a lot for children, but there were informative stalls and other activities for adults as well.”
