RENISHAW Hall is turning the clock back to the Victorian era on August 13 for a day of family fun.
The hall and garden is hosting stalls, live storytelling, pewter toy casting and Victorian jugglers during the special summer fair from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
A new exhibition is also being launched on the same day, charting the history of the estate, including previously unseen documents and black and white photos from the Sitwell family archives.
Alexandra Sitwell, the owner of Renishaw, is currently revisiting her family’s history, and said she would like to hear from anyone with stories or artefacts about relatives who worked at the hall.
