ROTHER Valley Country Park was the place to hover - as 40 of the country’s best hovercraft racers competed.
Racers from around the UK took part in the Great Britain Hovercraft Championships for the 11th year the event has been held in the park. The course is renowned for its ‘tricky transitions’.
Organiser Lee Willars, of the Great British Hovercraft Club, said: “The Rother Valley course pushes competitors to their limits but that’s one of the reasons they enjoy it..
“People travelled from all over the country and there were some good crowds.”
