VISITORS can take a ride back in time this weekend at a South Yorkshire Transport Museum event day.
The museum, based at Aldwarke, Rotherham, has heritage bus rides and new additions including a fire engine and World War Two vehicle, plus one of only two Rotherham motorbuses ever restored.
Entry to the event, on Sunday, is £3.50 for adults, £2 for concessions and £8 for a family. Those bringing a pre-1973 classic vehicle get in free.
A vintage bus will provide regular shuttle services to the museum from Rotherham Interchange.
