MANIC Street Preachers rock star James Dean Bradfield played a secret concert in Sheffield for just 65 Real Radio listeners - but The Star’s Graham Walker was given exclusive video access.

The 30-minute acoustic performance, backed by Sheffield City Council, was at the Graves Art Gallery, we can now reveal.

It promoted the forthcoming release of the band’s hits album, National Treasures – The Complete Singles, out later this month.

The show was a rare treat for lucky fans as the band’s only UK concert, before a two year break from live shows, will be at the O2 Arena in London on December 17.
