People from across South Yorkshire are being asked to make a sporting pledge during the Olympic and Paralympic Games as part of a new campaign which could see them win a year’s free access to top sport and fitness venues in the city.
Sheffield International Venues has launched ‘Make Your 2012 Promise’, which is encouraging members of the public to make a pledge around health, wellness, fitness, sport or social participation.
Those who make a pledge will be entered into a prize draw at the end of the campaign on September 9, to win one of three Golden Key prizes.
Gold will give the winner and a friend or family member a Golden Key for free access to any pay-as-you-go activity at any SIV facility for 12 months. Silver is a Golden Key for one person for 12 months and bronze is access for one person for six months. Log on to www.cityofsport2012.co.uk
