WILDLIFE habitats and birds on a Peak District moorland are the subject of a nature inspection being organised by Sheffield Wildlife Trust and Sorby Natural History Society.
The Birds of Blacka event is taking place on Saturday, May 14.
A spokesman for the natural history society said: “We’ll be looking at the Cowsick Bog area, the heathland and then walking through part of the woodlands.
“As well as seeing and hearing the birds, we could look at the management issues for the moorland.”
Enthusiasts will be meeting at Stony Ridge car part, at 7.30am, before heading off to explore the wildlife.
