What a spectacle!

More than 70 classic cars roared into Sheffield as part of an flamboyant tour organised by the ladies of Bognor Regis Motor Club.

The group, staying at the Kenwood Hall Hotel in Nether Edge, drove out into the Peak District, visiting Tissington Hall, Carsington Water and Eyam, before crossing the Pennines to visit Adlington Hall near Macclesfield.

Among the convoy were a vintage 1927 Alvis 12/50SD, a 1937 Bentley Derby DHC and a 1947 Allard L Type - along with dozens of other Austins, Jaguars, MGs and Triumphs from the 1950s and ‘60s.

The club - based in West Sussex - was raising money for cancer research charities Against Breast Cancer and Orchid Fighting Male Cancer.
