Santa’s Elf School is coming back to Crystal Peaks for Christmas as young visitors enjoy some special festive activities.
The Elf School is one of the shopping mall’s big Christmas attractions, with specially trained elves helping youngsters to create their own Christmas arts and crafts before taking them on to meet Santa in his grotto, receive a gift and have their photo taken.
And, this year, there will be an added attraction in the shape of Elfred the Magical Talking Owl.
The grotto and Elf School officially opens in the Crystal Peaks East Mall on Saturday, November 15, but the elves will also be on duty as Strictly Come Dancing star Simon Webbe switches on the Crystal Peaks Christmas lights on Thursday, November 13.
The fun begins at 4pm and will feature a range of musical acts including performances by young musicians from Emmanuel and Westfield School, dance exhibitions and local bands. And at 7pm Christmas will really get under way when Simon officially flicks the switch on a whole new Christmas light display for the shopping centre.
