PANTO star Steve Huison made a song and dance about Doncaster Market.
Steve, best known as Coronation Street’s Eddie Windass, took time out from his role as King Eddie in the Civic Theatre’s production of Sleeping Beauty to visit the markets in full panto gear.
And he paid tribute to the market during his visit.
He said: “I was amazed by the number of stalls and the independent traders, who must be the friendliest I’ve ever met!”
Steve is starring alongside Russ Spencer, of Eurovision Scooch fame, and kids’ television favourite Fifi Forget-Me-Not in this year’s panto.
Tickets for the show at the Waterdale venue start at £9.
