Door supervisors in Barnsley all passed spot checks to establish that they are licensed to work.
Officers from South Yorkshire Police and the Security Industry Authority, which oversees door staff, carried out checks at 12 pubs, bars and takeaways, with all 28 door supervisors passing.
SIA’s Head of Investigation, Nigel Davis, said: “It is very encouraging to see that all those checked in Barnsley were correctly licensed and adhering to SIA licensing conditions. This is good news for the safety of those who enjoy a night in the town.
“We will continue to work closely with South Yorkshire Police to maintain these high standards.”
