THE Strictly Come Dancing stars of the future will demonstrate their moves when they take to the floor at the annual Sheffield Social Latin and Ballroom Competition.

The Sheffield Social 2012 contest comes to The University of Sheffield’s Octagon Centre on Saturday, February 4.

Hundreds of talented young dancers from across the country will have the chance to show off some dazzling Latin American and ballroom moves as they compete for the day’s top prizes.

And to add to the glamour and excitement of the day, there will also be an evening demonstration by top professional Latin dancers Tom Parkes and Bryony Fielding.

Doors open at 9am and dancing starts at 10am and goes on throughout the rest of the day.

The event is open to the public and tickets cost £4 in advance or £5 on the door.
