HAYBROOK Crystal Peaks has been named the top performing branch within the Spicerhaart Group.

Crystal Peaks, which is managed by Annette Kerrigan, beat off competition from 200 branches from around the UK to scoop the top prize at a ceremony in London.

Spicerhaart, the UK’s largest independent estate agency group, was founded over 20 years ago. Today, its 200-strong network of branches encompasses six award-winning estate agency brands including Haybrook.

Annette, who has worked at the branch in Peak Square, Crystal Peaks for over eight years, received her award from comedian Jimmy Carr in front of over 600 colleagues at the black tie event in the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster.

Annette said: “I am absolutely delighted to have won this award. It’s great to be recognised by the company for the work that we do in Crystal Peaks and I look forward to sharing the trophy with my equally hard working colleagues in the branch.”
