EVERYTHING from boxing to blood pressure testing was available when a health roadshow aimed specifically at men arrived in Sheffield.
The Health, Fitness and Lifestyle event was set up to encourage men to have a health MoT and in turn inspire them to choose healthier ways.
It was organised by Dovercourt Surgery on the Manor in partnership with Manor and Castle Development Trust, and featured a host of free activities including massage therapies, a boxercise demonstration, and the chance to explore a health bus containing equipment such as a rowing machine, scales and exercise bikes.
Visitors could also have their blood pressure taken and pick up advice on how to quit smoking.
Kellyanne Sharman, a community health and fitness worker at the trust, said: "The principal aim of the road show was to help men discover the healthcare services available to them on their doorstep so we are very pleased so many people took part."
