A funky flat featuring a Banksy-style mural has been a hit on the Sheffield property market.
The Endcliffe-based studio flat is up for sale with local estate agent Eadon Lockwood and Riddle, and generated dozens of viewing requests as soon as it was advertised.
Potential buyers of the £89,500 Endcliffe Vale Road flat were curious to know whether the artwork was a genuine Banksy - but experts have confirmed it is an imitation.
James Ross, a director at ELR, said: “This particular listing is causing quite a stir, with many buyers quite taken with the mural in the main living space.
“Whether it’s an original or not it’s certainly a talking point, and a great piece of artwork.”
