Local radio listeners have the chance to become jungle VIPs at the Tropical Butterfly House, Wildlife and Falconry Centre near Sheffield.

Tomorrow morning, RotherFM listeners can win a VIP experience alongside breakfast show presenter James Bolton next Wednesday, February 18.

Some of the experience will be broadcast live on air.

The first VIP experience was given away yesterday. All listeners need to do tomorrow is phone in and answer a question about butterflies, which will be asked on air during the show from 7am.

As part of the VIP package, guests will be able to feed and hold lemurs, meerkats and a variety of exotic animals.

Meanwhile, next Saturday, January 21, engaged couple Natalie Platts and Will Blackham will face their fears and hold a spider at the leisure attraction on Woodsetts Road, North Anston.

Natalie and Will are one of the six remaining couples left in Hallam FM’s Win Your Wedding 2015 contest, which gives away a complete wedding package and honeymoon worth over £28,000 to one lucky couple.

The couples have until 12 noon on Sunday, February 22 to raise as much money as possible and the winners are the pair who raise the most money for the Cash for Kids charity.

A spokesman at the Butterfly House said: “Their challenge will be taking place during the popular ‘Looking Good’ event over the February half term where there will be many exciting shows and activities planned for visitors.

“‘Looking Good’ takes place daily from Saturday, February 14 to Sunday, February 22, from 10am to 5.30pm.”

The Tropical Butterfly House is open daily, all year round and is located five minutes from the M1, junction 31. Every day there is a timetable of animal encounters and shows, giving visitors young and old the chance to get up sloe to animals from all over the world.
