WORRIED About Ray chart-toppers The Hoosiers are back with a soon-to-be released album called Bumpy Ride and YOU could be going to a special preview in Sheffield, writes Digital Editor Graham Walker.
They are the stars of the next Real Radio Intimate Performance, in association with Sheffield City Council, at the Winter Garden, on Thursday, March 31.

It follows Intimate Performances by pop stars including Paolo Nutini, Scouting For Girls, The Feeling, Sara Bareilles, Beverly Knight, Heaven 17 and Paul Pashley.
The Hoosiers, whose other hits include Goodbye Mr A, Choices and Cops and Robbers, are about to follow up their debut chart-topping album The Trick to Life and top 10 follow up, The Illusion of Safety, with a new single and album, both titled Bumpy Ride.
Frontman Irwin Sparkes, bass and rhythm guitarist Martin Skarendahl and drummer Alphonso Sharland told The Star all about it in an exclusive video chat.

Irwin said: “Sheffield is a great town which we have played a six time now, the last time was for Tramlines back in 2010.
“Though we have played across the city we’ve not done The Winter Garden before so we’re very excited to be playing such a unique venue with Real Radio.”
