Chart stars Neon Jungle will celebrate the launch of their debut album Welcome To The Jungle with a special Sheffield event and we have signed albums to be won, writes Graham Walker.
The girl band will perform an acoustic session and sign copies of the album for fans at HMV Sheffield, High Street, on Wednesday, July 30.
That’s just two days after the launch of the album.
The quartet, who wowed pop fans at Hallam FM’s Summer Live 40th party at Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on Friday night, also release new single, Louder, on Sunday, July 20.
It’s taken from the forthcoming 10-track album and follows their three previous chart hit singles Trouble, Welcome To The Jungle and dance smash Braveheart.

It’s been a whirlwind two years for band mates Asami Zdrenka and Amira McCarthy, both 18, Jess Plummer, 21, and baby of the group, Shereen Cutkelvin, 17.
As well as having three chart hits firmly under their belt, the girls have just signed a deal with RCA Records in America after they were handpicked by iconic lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret to perform at their legendary fashion show in New York.
They have toured with Jessie J, been snapped up by model agency Storm, and been confirmed to perform at a series of festivals this summer.
Louder, the new single, takes a new direction for the band who have become famous for their pop hooks and dance beats. It sees the girls stripped back as they pour their hearts out to this powerful and raw number.
Asami, whose mum is Japanese and her father English, told The Star: “Lyrically it’s very relatable, it’s about drowning out feelings and emotions. It’s about not being in control of the way you feel because of someone else and wanting to turn everything up louder to escape that. I think people expected our fourth single to be another dance track but it was always in our plans to release a slower song and surprise people. It’s still got the energy and power but in a more subtle way.”
They will be signing copies of the album and also performing an acoustic set at the follow HMV stores.
