PROMISE This....win our top prize and you’ll get the chance to see chart-topper Cheryl Cole at Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena.

We’ve got five pairs of tickets to give away to see the Promise This star on her A Million Lights Tour, on Tuesday, October 9.

Special guest is hip-hop pop sensation Tinchy Stryder.

Cheryl, who has dropped her surname for his tour, makes an appearance back on the X Factor tonight, not in her former role as a judge, but to help pal Gary Barlow to decide who goes through to the live shows.

Her new single Call My Name went straight to number one within hours of release on iTunes, clocking up record breaking sales.

It’s her third time at the top of the singles charts as a solo star, following Fight for This Love and Promise This.

A Million Lights, her third album, which gave its name to the tour, was released in July.

It follows previous solo albums 3 Words and Messy Little Raindrops, both of which hit the top spot in the UK album charts.

She will perform songs from all three on the tour as well as some surprises.

It’s her first headline arena tour, but she is no stranger to the live circuit.

She opened as special guest on the Black Eyed Peas European tour in 2010 and played four sold-out arena tours as one of Girls Aloud.

Tinchy Stryder, who joins her as special guest, was 2009’s biggest selling male solo artist in the UK and over the past two years the rapper has scored a string of hit singles, a top-selling album, and has embarked on nationwide sell-out headline tours.

He had the prize role of opening the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury in 2010 and provided the support on Akon and Rihanna’s UK shows, two of the UK’s biggest tours of 2011.

After success with his three previous albums, his fourth, Full Tank, will hit shelves in December 2012.
