IT’S not a Slip up - pop stars Stooshe are set to play Sheffield Town Hall...not the City Hall, writes Graham Walker.
The Black Heart chart-stars - whose next single is called Slip - will perform the next Real Radio intimate concert there and we’ve got 20 tickets to be won!
It’s possibly the most prestigious new concert venue in the city.
But it may also be a one-off - a venue change, from the usual intimate concert setting of the Winter Garden, which will be occupied by World Snooker.
Stooshe will play in one of the conference rooms, at Sheffield Town Hall, on Wednesday, April 24, 8pm.
This is a money can’t buy prize as tickets for the intimate performance are not for sale but available only to competition winners and special guests of the Real Radio concert, which is in association with Sheffield City Council.
We have 10 pairs to give away.
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult and entry includes a drink courtesy of Kier, who are keen to showcase Sheffield Town Hall as a venue for all kinds of events.
Urban pop girl trio Alex Buggs, Courtney Rumbold and Karis Anderson have had two top five hits, Love Me and the Motown-style Black Heart, which sold over 475,000 copies.
New single, Slip, an ode to getting a relationship back on track, is out on Warner Bros Records om May 13, ahead of their album on May 27.
