Takeaway Test: Great Wall of China, Chapel Street, Woodhouse

Have your say

Some things are so big you can see them from space.

Take the Great Wall of China.

And though a Chinese takeaway by that very name in Chapel Street Woodhouse, isn’t quite that big, the portions it serves are massive.

Three of us tucked into a mixed platter to start followed by a tasty sweet and sour chicken in crisp batter, lean beef and mushrooms, rice and chips.

With a bag of prawn crackers chucked in for free there was far too much for us to polish off.

So our lucky dog - Steffi the Staffy - got a treat too.

And with the whole meal costing £16 it was a bit of a bargain.
