Three beers for the Queen.

Or more, if you can manage it...

The Three Valleys Beer Festival kick-starts the Royal Jubilee weekend in Dronfield, Holmesfield, Barlow, Bradway and Totley on Saturday.

In its third year, the festival to support local pubs lays on free buses to take thirsty punters between nine pubs plus Barlow Brewery every half hour.

It was thought up by Campaign for Real Ale Sheffield branch members Nick Wheat of Holmesfield and Andrew Cullen of Bradway.

Over 100 beers plus a large range of ciders can be tried, alongside food ranging from bangers at the gourmet sausage festival to a hog roast, outdoor-baked pizzas, a barbecue and a carvery.

Some 16 performances of live music will make the day go with a swing.
