CHESTERFIELD Canal Trust is hosting a talk by award-winning author David Zelder at The Winding Wheel on the evening of Wednesday, January 23.
Rod Auton, from the trust, said: “David will talk about how he came to be a writer and how his life experiences go into his short stories, poems and novels.
“After an interval for drinks and a book signing, there will be an illustrated talk about boating, especially on the Chesterfield Canal.”
Rod said David’s newest work is an exciting read, adding: “David’s latest book is called Yomping Outside. It is a thriller in the style of a super spy movie, with a likeable hero, beautiful girls, evil crime lords and fast moving action on an international scale.”
