ARTWORK inspired by Sheffield youngsters has gone on display at a city health centre.

Norfolk Community Primary School pupils made designs based on the different stages of human life, and who might need to use Norfolk Park Health Centre. Artist Peter Griffiths photographed their creations, and has now installed one of his pictures at the health centre.

Pupils were given a behind-the-scenes look at how their designs would become a feature of the waiting and reception area.

Headteacher Jane Hobley said: “The children will be pointing out their artwork for years to come as it is so clearly visible from outside the new building. It helps to give them a sense of pride.

“It’s also great for young children to see inside different workplaces, to help stimulate their ideas about future careers.”
